Maintenance

The work isn’t done after the construction is complete. If we want to have nice things, we need to take care of them! Maintenance should be considered during the design process to make sure the project stays in great shape and your investment lasts. Maintenance and replacement can also be quite costly, so when you factor it in, you may find that something that is more expensive up-front will be cheaper in the long-run if it has minimum maintenance requirements and a long lifespan.
