The Final Touches
The foundations that support the site furnishings, equipment, and lighting will have been poured near the beginning of the construction process. What remains is the physical installation of these elements, bolting and connecting them as needed.
In some cases, concrete may be poured after the posts that support the equipment are placed in the ground. Finally, elements that are not connected to the ground will be bolted together and installed as required.
