In areas that are less high traffic, traditional grass may work as a soft ground surface on which to gather and play. Grass can also be used as a surfacing material for mounds. If you anticipate higher traffic, or wish to install a lower maintenance surfacing, artificial turf may be the way to go. Using artificial turf will also enable you to create different patterns such as stripes, or to get creative with colour. Blue grass anyone?
