Poured Rubber

Poured rubber is an excellent safety surfacing option, providing a spongy walking surface and a safe fall surface. Different depths of poured rubber can be used to protect falls from various heights. This material comes in every colour imaginable, and can be used to create all sorts of fun patterns on the playground. If a nautical element is part of the play environment, blue poured rubber makes an excellent substitute for water. It can also transition from a ground surface to a sloped surface such as a mound or stairs.
